Returns & Shipping

FITPLUM wants every customer to be 100% SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE.

If this is not the case, and the customer is not happy with their purchase please see below if you are eligible for a refund/exchange.

Please note –regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code.

Please note: Free shipping to customers IN THE U.A.E. with orders above AED400.For orders under AED 400 IN THE U.A.E., a flat rate of AED 15 is applicable.

REFUNDS:

  1. The item must be returned within 12 days of purchase for an exchange, & within 10 days of purchase for a refund.
  2. All tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging (if any).
  4. No items, which have make-up/deodorant marks, will be accepted for exchange or return.
  5. Refunds given will be less the shipping cost to pick up the returned items and any taxes levied.
  6. Items purchased with FITPLUM credits will be refunded FITPLUM credits on their FITPLUM ACCOUNT, less any shipping costs and taxes levied on returned items.

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FITPLUM, however, please allow 20 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited (AED), FITPLUM CREDITS will be credited 2 days within the receipt of the returned items.

TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - within the U.A.E – please follow the steps below:

  1. Please sign into your account, go to "My Dashboard", and select your "Gym Bag".
  2. Click on "View Details" for the invoice pertaining to the return/exchange and select the item(s) for return.
  3. Click on the "Return" button, fill in the details required, and click "Continue".
  4. Once we receive your return notification, we will send you a confirmation of pick-up.
  5. If you don’t have an account, contact us on info@fitplum.com

    , and notify us of the intended exchange or return including the following details (Date of Purchase, Order ID, Invoice #, Product Name, Model #, Size and Colour) and reason for exchange/return.
  6. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions listed under the "Refunds" section above.
  7. Include the items you wish to return AND the FITPLUM RETURN INVOICE.
  8. FITPLUM’s preferred shipping carrier, Aramex, will contact you to schedule a pick-up for the return.
  9. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.

TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE – outside the U.A.E – please follow the steps below :

  1. Please sign into your account, go to "My Dashboard", and select your "Gym Bag".
  2. Click on "View Details" for the invoice pertaining to the return/exchange and select the item(s) for return.
  3. Click on the "Return" button, fill in the details required, and click "Continue".

  7. Include the items you wish to return AND the FITPLUM RETURN INVOICE.
  8. Contact our preferred shipping carrier, Aramex, in order to schedule a pick-up for the return (www.aramex.com).
  9. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.

FITPLUM CREDITS:

  1. FITNESS CLASSES can ONLY be purchased using FITPLUM CREDITS.
  2. Once the credits are purchased, they will expire within 1 year of purchase.
  3. Classes can be scheduled and cancelled at no cost to the customer, if and only if the customer cancels before 6pm of the previous date of the booked class.
    • If a class is booked for Monday, Oct 13, 8pm. The user must cancel his/her class by Sunday, Oct 12, 4pm to ensure that he/she will not lose her credits if they are not going to attend the class.
  4. If a class is cancelled by the entity giving the class, the user will get refunded the full amount of FITPLUM Credits used to purchase the class.
