Q: What happens if I forget my password?

A: Click on forgot my password, and we will email you a new password to login into your account. The email we will use is the one you provided when you signed up for the account.

Q: Do you Deliver all over the U.A.E ?

A: Yes we do, and shipping is free on orders above 750 dhs, otherwise all order have a shipping cost of 20dhs.

Q:What if I don’t like my items ?

A: You can return and exchange all items within the allotted time period. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.

Q: Do you Deliver outside the U.A.E?

A: Yes we do, Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.

Q: Can I return items if I am outside the U.A.E?

A: Yes, Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: In the U.A.E we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and we do Cash On Delivery. Cash on Delivery will be subject to an additional cost of 10 Dhs per shipment.

Q: How can I know my size before ordering?

A: Please check our SIZE GUIDE which translates all sizes into the STANDARD METRICS, if you order and it doesn’t fit we are always happy to exchange the items for you till you find the perfect fit.

Q: Do I need to login to make a purchase of clothes?

A: No, you can checkout as a guest, although we recommend you create and account so you can keep up to date with all the latest FITPLUM.COM has to offer, discounts and coupons.

CLASSES

Q: Do I have to login to book a class?

A: Yes, you have to be a FITPLUM account holder to book a class.

Q: How do I book a class?

A: Once you have created your account, you have to purchase FITPLUM CREDITS. Your account will get updated with the credits. You can use the credits towards your classes.

Q: How do I cancel a class I have booked?

A: Just login into your account and go to your timetable, you will see an option to cancel the class. If you are cancelling before 6pm on the day before the date of your class booked, you will get a FULL refund of your CREDITS. Please see returns and shipping for more information.

Q: Do my credits expire?

A: You have 1 year from the date of purchase to use your credits.

Q: Can I use credits to purchase clothes?

A: Currently, this is not an option but it will be soon.
